synchronization project workspace and project center

Hi I install project server 2007 on Server1 and the database are on
Server 2 (SQL 2005 SP2).
When I upload a document on a project workspace I receive an error
visible on event viewer:

Then, in the project center, I not see the document icon immediately
but only after the project publication!
Do anyone know the solution?
In order if I create the deliverable in the project workspaces, I can
not see it when I open deliverable pane on project professional. But
when I create the deliverable in the project professional, it work
fine and I see it in the project work space!!!!

The direction of the problem seam to be from WSS 3.0 to ProjectServer
2007
