I have developed an Outlook 2000 addin using VB6 that filters incoming mail.
I dont want the filter to run while outlook is synchronizing folders.
When I request a synchronization the syncobject events dont fire, which is
evidently a known problem in Outlook 2000.
Is there a process that I can use, perhaps by interrogating the syncobjects,
to determine if synchronization is in process ?
