Synchronization with entourage 2004 and palm tungsten t3 entourage conduits

Does anyone know where I can download the entourage conduits so that I
can sync my tungsten t3 with my entourage contacts? Whenever I search
for "microsoft entourage conduits" I am led to "Microsoft Exchange
Update for Entourage X (Office v. X 10.1.4)" but this does not work
for me. If anyone can help it would be much appreciated.

Hi,

First Install Palm software (Which you have got along with your palm or
download from the vendor's website ) and after installing that goahead and
install Handheld Sync Installer which can be found in
<Harddisk> / Microsoft Office 2004 / Additional Tools /Handheld Sync
Installer.

After performing these tasks, Launch Hotsync manager and check for the
conduit settings
