Dear all,

I have a question.

In my group of sale people, we want all people synchronize the BCM data with
each other. How can we do?

Thanks in advance

You can chose one database as the hub, and then export that database
and import it on the other machines. You can then reverse the process
to collect the changes made on the other machines.

The drag is that you have to export and import the entire database
everytime. There is no mechanism to export only the changes since the
last export.

It's possible to write a VB macro to run over a BCM file and copy all
the entities that have a modified date more recent than another date to
a new "updates" file. I expect that if enough people want ($$$) this
functionality someone will write a BCM file management utility.

Hi. We recently had the same problem. What we did was put outlook and BCM
on a server and create the database on it. Then we shared this with
everyone. It works well except if you use a notebook computer and work off
your network this information isn't available for you.

I have a discussion 2 items down trying to find out how to have this cached.
