synchronize Blackberry with notes in Outlook 2003

Just upgraded to Office (outlook) 2003 with Business Manager.

Now, when I try to synchronize my Blackberry Memo's with NOTES, I get
ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!!! Not terribly experienced with either Blackberry or
Outlook, so detailed help on this would be MOST welcome. (e-mail address removed)
