Synchronize calender between desktop and laptop on home network

Where can I find instructions to set up synchronization between the Outlook
calendars on my desktop and laptop computers? When at home, the laptop sees
the desktop computer over the home network.

I don't know a way of doig this directly through Outlook - I haven't looked.
However, if you use Plaxo (Free!) then it will keep your Calendar, Address
Book etc synchronized. It's a very useful tool.
