Synchronize contact info between OL and OL-BCM

How can I synchronize information entered in "Contacts" under the "regular"
OL with information for the same contact in OL-BCM?
I stopped using OL-BCM because I found it confusing to have two different
databases for contact information. I see there is an OL-BCM Update available
now. What is the real difference between the "old" BCM (my Office 2003 Pro is
about 3 yrs old) and the "Updated" BCM?
I also use an online Contact manager, Plaxo (www.plaxo.com), the free
version, which integrates fine with the standard OL "Contacts". Does anyone
have any idea if it will integrate with OL-BCM?

There is no sync. The general idea is that after you install BCM you move
your Business Contacts to BCM and use regular Outlook Contacts for your
friends and family.

The main new features in the Update (Version 2) are shared databases,
linking accounts the Microsoft Accounting application, full fidelity import
and export, performance improvements, bug fixes, and sync with the
Microsoft PDAs available when it shipped--not the ones available today.
