Synchronize contact

Hi I have office 2003.
I have copied my contacts folder, named it "Contact
Phone". I removed what I didnt want in my cell phone
address book so I can upload it to my cell phone (300
limit).

How can I update my "Contact phone" contact folder when I
change a name in the main Contact folder? Or do I have to
copy and paste any changes from the main to the phone
folder?
