Synchronize contacts and calendar

C

Carl Thoreson

I have a client who wants to maintain a single calendar and a single contacts
list for every user to share. In addition, two of the users have Blackberrys
and need to be able to to synch up with the shared calendar and contacts list.

We are on a hosted Exchange server using Outlook 2007.

Anybody have any ideas?

Thanks,

Carl

All of the people defined in your Active Directory should appear in Exhcnage's
Glocal Address List.

Snort! "...Exchange's Global Address List."

They do. But, that doesn't solve my problem. If it was only Outlook, I
could have everybody access a shared calendar and a shared contacts list.
But, with the two Blackberrys, each user needs to have their own calendar and
their own contacts list, but the calendar needs to include all of the items
from the shared calendar and all the items from the shared contacts.

In short, what I need is for multiple individual calendars to continuously
synch with a shared calendar, and for multiple individual contacts to
continuously synch with a shared contacts list.

Do you now understand what I am looking for?

Yes, I do, and you'll have to buy something for that. Visit
http://www.slipstick.com/ and search for "synchronize folders".
