Synchronize of Offline Folder

Dear all,
Can anyone please tell me how can I stop the auto synchronize offline
folders everytime when I am on-line thru a dial-up connection in outlook
client.
I just want to synchronize them manually.

Setting for my Notebook:
- WinXP professional
- Office 2000
- Only Offline service is enable for the email service of Option in the Tool
menu.
- All the synchronize methods are not selected.

Go into your Send/Receive settings and change the settings there.

Please give me more details.
I only get "Microsoft Exchange Server" from Send/Receive in Tool menu.
How can I go to Send and receive setup?
