Synchronize Outlook 2007 with Web Mail

Hi,

I was wondering if is there any way to synchronize my emails from Outlook
with the emails from web mail.
What I mean is this: when I delete a mail after I receive it in Outlook, can
it be also deleted from web mail as well? Or when I create a filter from
Outlook, can I make that filter apply for my web mail?
