Synchronize Outlook with Server Sharepoint Sites

I would LOVE to link our Global Outlook Calendar with our Project sharepoint
sites. Please let me know if there is anyway to do this.

What I would also like to do is somehow link every project to our sharepoint
calendars so users can see when projects begin and how long they span.

Let me know if my dream can become a reality!
