Synchronize Phone with Outlooks Calendar

I need a phone that is able to Synchronize with Outlooks calendar in both
directions... I currently use the Nokia 9300 and it's awful.... I'm not
concerned with e-mail functions, just the calendar...
Any and all suggestions are apprieciated....
