Synchronize Pocket PC with OL 2007

R

Runaround

I currently have 3 folders under the Data Files tab in OL 07
Contact Folder Contacts.pst
Personal Folders Calendar. pst and
Personal Folders Outlook.pst This is the 'default folder'.

When I close OL 07 3 files on my hard drive are updated:
Contacts.pst
Calendar. pst and
Outlook.pst
It seems to my that in OL2000 there was only 1 .pst file that contained
contacts, calendar, and personal folders. And ActiveSync used that file to
update. I have been afraid to attempt a synchronization with ActiveSync
since installing OL07. Do I have to do something different in OL07 that I
did in OL00?
Or is there some way to merge the 3 .pst files?
Thanks.

Open each one in Outlook to see if they are duplicates of information you
have in your default folder. If not, you can copy the data to your default
..pst and close the others. Then you will only have one default .pst that
should sync just fine with your PPC.
