Synchronize Public Contacts Folder

Exchange 2003
ActiveSync 3.71
Pocket PC 2002

I am synchronizing a PDA with Exchange using Activesync. No problems
synching Tasks, Notes, Calendar and Contacts. However, what I would like to
Synch is the Public Contacts Folder. Pocket synchronizer 2002 seems to have
the right idea, but it is not for Outlook 2003. Any suggestions would be
appreciated.
