synchronize with Blackberry?

I have a new Blackberry, it uses Intellisynch. I want to synchronize my
calendar and contacts and it keeps saying the default email isn't set up
right? any help?

Contact Blackberry as they are responsible for setting up the synch. They
probably have an FAQ somewhere on their support pages.
