Synchronizine BCM with iPAQ

Have version 2.00.4013.00 of BCM and version 3.8.0 of ActiveSync. No matter
what I try I have not been able to get BCM to sync. Always get an "Attention
required" status message and when I cilck on "Resolve items..." it gives me a
generic error message"

Information Type not Synchronized
Items of one or more information types cannot be synchronized. Disconnect
and reconnnect your device.
To view all error messages and dialog boxes that require your input, you
must connect to this computer via infraread or serial/USB cable.

Any clues?

you need to download the PPC BCM contact manager add-in from the microsoft
site. this will fix your syncing issue with BCM

Hi Bill

Since you stated that you were using Active sync for synchronisation it
generate log file that might provide more info .The can access the log file
by going to start > run > %temp%
and check whether you have the following log files like
Wcesmgr.log,Wcescomm.log,Wsesetup.log and Outstore.log .The files may
provide additional information on what exactly is happening
