Synchronizing at a page level

Using Offline folder and synchronization manager I can set up to sync between
PCs. But the risk of me adding a new page to the same section on both PCs is
quite great as my sections are quite big. Is there any way around this, ie to
synchronize at a page level not section level?

No, the Windows sync tools only know about synchronizing files, and the
page/subpage details are found inside of the Section file.

I would set the synchronization to occur at logon, and get into the habit
of ensuring that sync'ing has occurred for your Windows session before
beginning work in OneNote.
