Synchronizing Business Contacts with Exchange Contacts

Is there a method of synchronizing Business Contacts with the Exchange
Contacts folder?

Drag and drop but you'll lose the BCM info.

This is the method I have been using but I was wondering if there is an
automated method?

We are a small company that has been struggling with Salesforce.com for the
last year. So far, Outlook 2007 with BCM seems to be a great alternative!!!

We use a hosted Exchange service with Blackberry Enterprise Service. We
would like to keep our Business Contacts synchronized with our Exchange
contacts so that the information on our Blackberrys is accurate.

Should we consider Microsoft CRM? Are there any hosted services for
Microsoft CRM? We only have 2 users now and maybe 4 by the end of the year.

maybe 3rd party solutions can support this, but I am not sure.

I'm not aware of any synch tools that will do this.
