synchronizing calendar with pocket pc.

I'm having trouble synchronizing my desktop calendar in outlook with the
calendar on my pocket pc. When I enter an appointment on the desktop, it
won't synchronize with the pda. But, when I enter an appointment on the pda,
I have no trouble synchronizing with the desktop calendar. Why is this
happening and what can I do to fix it?

Check your synchronization settings in ActiveSync for the calendar.
