Synchronizing calendars between Outlook 2000 and Lotus Notes R5

Hi,

I'm running Notes R5 client on my work-laptop and Outlook 2K client on my
home-workstation. Is there a program that would allow me to sync these two
program's calendars. Preferably using a network connection ?

If not, why hasn't anyone made the program yet ?? :)
