synchronizing calendars

The only way to sync my pocket pc with outlook calendar is to use the default calendar. So I must import and export my work calendar on the LAN personal folders to my default calendar on my computer. Once I've done that and all events and appointments show up, then I active sync my pocket pc and it will add all the imported appts. to my pocket pc. The question is : can I have this import/export thing automatically happen or can I sync my default calendar to my work calendar on the server somehow? Any suggestions?
