Synchronizing Contacts with others

I work in an office of 4 people, each with their own Contacts i
Outlook. We would like to find a way to synchronize our contacts s
that our office administrator has the "master" contact list at al
times.

One of the questions that has come up is how do we ensure that th
contact with the latest update replaces any previously update
contacts?

Unless you're running against Exchange server, Outlook provides no such
ability.
