Synchronizing data base files

I seem to remember that you can not use Offline data base
files in Win2000 because they will not synchronize. Is my
memory correct or is it old age?

If you are wanting to use an Access database locally, say on a laptop, and
then synch up to the server based one at the office, you need to investigate
Access Replication.
