Synchronizing data between an organizer and Microsoft Outlook 2003

I can't get my Sharp OZ-290HII organizer to synchronize data between the
organizer and Microsoft Outlook Calendar. The Sharp tech support thought it
was a problem with my virus software. The virus software tech support didn't
think that was the problem. Is there some setting in Outlook that I'm
overlooking?

You probably want to post this question in one of the Outlook newsgroups
- this group is for OneNote. When you do post there be sure to tell them
what software you're using for the sync - does the Sharp provide it's own?
