Did you install the Handheld Synchronization software properly? Look at the
installation instructions here:
http://home.earthlink.net/~mickey.stevens/tutorials/entouragesync.html#palm

If you have installed it, follow the instructions farther down the page for
the common problem "Synchronization between Entourage 2004 and Palm device
fails".

Note that the wording for the options and file/folder names might be
different if you are not using an English language copy of Office, but the
procedure should be similar.

It would help if you can explain what exactly the problem is, but here are a
few steps:

1. Make sure that you have the HotSync software that came with your Palm
device installed. (Make a full install of Palm Desktop)

2. Locate the Handheld Sync installer on your hard drive. It's located in
Applications/Microsoft Office 2004/Additional Tools/. Run the installer.

3. Open HotSync manager and enter Conduit settings. Double click on the
Entourage Conduit and set the different databases to "Handheld overwrites
Entourage".

4. Perform a HotSync

Your data should now be in Entourage.

Note that the above description assumes that you have no previous Addresses,
Events, Notes or Tasks in Entourage. They will all be overwritten by the
data in your Palm device.
