Synchronizing Hotmail Contacts with Outlook Express

Hi,
In the hotmail contact, one has the ability to enter 3 email-ids for a
contact - Personal, Work and Other and then set one of them as the
default.
But when you synchronize it with Outlook Express, only the personal
email-id is pulled into Outlook Express Address Book and set as
default, even if, say, the Work email is set as default in Hotmail
contact. The work and other aren't pulled into outlook express.

Is there any way to get all the three email-ids into outlook or is
this a bug MS is working on?
