Synchronizing just works one way

I just bought Office 2004 to use the new entourage features. Well... it
doesn't seem to sync well with my good ol Visor Prism.
Only data entered in entourage gets transferred to the PDA but not vice
versa. The conduit settings in Hot Sync manager are set on Synchronisation!
Has anybody a solution to this odd problem (so that I won't need to spend
money on a new PDA (as the Visor is just doing fine)
