Synchronizing Outlook 2003 local calendar with Exchange server 2003

I just installed an Small Business Server 2003 and would like to synchronize
my local outlook data - calendar/contacts to my shared folder on the
exchange server. I've been reading that earlier versions can't get this to
work but supposedly this is fixed with 2003 - i can't seem to find the
configurations to get this work - can anyone provide some guidance? thanks

I'm at a loss to understand what you've been reading. No version of Outlook
has folder-to-folder synchronization built in, except the synchronization
that creates a locally cached copy of mailbox and public folder favorites,
using an offline folders file on the local machine.

maybe i didn't understand clearly.
if i want to keep my calendar on my PDA and hotsync it to outlook, it would
sync with my local copy, is this correct?
If so, how could other people view my appointments, etc and schedule
meetings? They would open up my shared calendar, correct? If so, is there
anyway to just maintain one calendar? I'm fine with maintaining my shared
calendar as long as i can synch it with my PDA.

The PDA will sync with your default Calendar folder. If you want other
people to see that information, the default calendar folder should be the
Calendar folder in your Exchange mailbox. In other words, maintain just one
calendar.
