synchronizing Outlook 2003 with Sharp Electronic Organizer OZ-290H

Hello,

I have a Sharp Electronic Organizer OZ-290HII. I cannot get it to
synchronize with
Outlook 2003 with my computer. I have Windows Vista Basic edition. I keep
getting a message that says "can't install synchronization software beacuse
microsoft outlook is not available. must install and set-up microsoft outlook"
