Synchronizing Outlook and SBS 2003 intranet calendar information

I would like to know if it is possible to synchronize calendar/diary
information inserted into an Outlook calendar with the company intranet
calendar/diary feature which is part of the Windows Small Business Server
2003 installation.

Basically we would like to have our users input the information once in
either area rather than have to fill in the same data twice (in both areas).

What intranet calendar feature are you referring to? I can think of at least
two that SBS supports, both of which can be viewed in Outlook.
