Synchronizing Outlook Notebook with Desktop

I am currently running Outlook 2003 on WindowsXP SP2 on both my Notebook and
my Desktop. In addition, I am running Exchange 2000 on the network. How do
I synchronize the private folders between the Notebook and Desktop?
