synchronizing outlook

Hi

Can anyone suggest a simple way to synchronize mail,
calendar and contacts across Outlook 2003 running on two
machines, both of which I can connect onto the same home
networking system? Also, what if I do not connect the two
machines on the same network?

If this is important at all, one machine runs Windows XP
Professional Edition, while the other run Windows XP Home
edition.
