synchronizing palm pilot address book with outlook 2003

I have just gotten a Blackjack II phone, which should replace my old phone
and my palm pilot. BUT, I need to be able to get my address book (I do not
want my old calendar) from my palm pilot Vx into outlook, and then I think I
can connect my phone to my computer and finish the task. Thanks

What exactly is your question? In order to synch the Vx addresses to Outlook
you need to load an older version of MS ActiveSynch, Like 3.something.
