Synchronizing Private and Public Calendars

My teammembers at work all have private Outlook Calendars and then share a
team calendar in a public folder. Is there any way to have my boss'
personal calendar synchronized with the public team calendar? (Currently, we
have to manually copy meetings and appointments from her personal calendar
into the public calendar.)
