Hello,
My name is Emelie and I work as the administrator for Salesforce at my
company. I've been having some issues with the synchronizing between
Salesforce and Outlook lately.

It works fine when it comes to adding e-mails in Outlook to contacts in
Salesforce, and to copy the Events from SF into Outlook, but-

All the information but with -who- the users are having their meetings
appear in the Outlook-events. In Outlook, one can choose which fields get
copied into the calendar in the Configuration Alternatives for 'Connecy for
Microsoft Outlook' under the tab 'Events'. The field 'Name' is not available
as an option.

I contacted the Salesforce support about this matter, and asked if it was
possible to "force" the system into copying the information from the
Name-field in SF to the Contacts...-field in Outlook. They replied that they
didn't have that information and that I had to talk to the Microsoft support
to get it.

So, that's why I'm checking it out here first.

Has anyone had the same issue, and solved it? Please let me know, if that's
the case.

Regards,
Emelie Löwgren
