synchronizing two combo boxes and a sub form

Are it possible to synchronizing two combo boxes and a sub form?

I work in a big company some are locate in several please in the country.
And in earth please are there several division.
I shall make a list over coworkers in earth please.

If I use main form with two sub forms is it ok both I wish to use two combo
boxes with a sub form.

Are it possible. I can send you more information.
