Synchronizing with a Nokia Communicator 9210

Hi. I've been trying to synchronize my Nokia 9210 with my
Outlook 2000 Contacts but some fields don't seem to be
mapped especially the mobile number. How do I map the
fields so that all the info in my Nokia 9210 is captured
in Outlook?
