Synchronous scrolling in Word X for Mac

Hi,
We are having a problem with being able to scroll in two windows at the same
time on Word X (using Mac OS 10.4). My boss says that when he uses window
scrolling that should synchronize his scrolling, that it doesn't go to the
next document. I don't actually have physical access to his computer, but any
advice would be helpful and I may be able to answer questions if this doesn't
make sense. Thanks

It doesn't quite make sense to me (what does "doesn't got to the next
document" mean?), but you'll need to ask Mac experts anyhow. Repost.
