Syncing BCM data with Exchange so it can be retrieved OWA and activesync?

Hello,

I posted this previously but I lost the link. I consult for some VERY small
offices that don't have large budgets. They all want BCM but they want to
retrieve the data via OWA on their SBS servers and outsourced Exchange
servers.

They don't necessarily have to Sync everything but key fields such as name,
e-mail, address, phone(s) and notes would be great. They also have WM5
phones so they need it to sync via activesync wirelessly.

Can you let me know what my options are short of spending gobs of money
(which none have) for easy remote access and syncing of the BCM data?
