syncing between business & personal calendar

A user want to know if it is possble to setup Outlook on their corporate
account and Outlook on their personal account so the calendars are mirror
images of each other. Whatever is added to one calendar would be
automatically added to the other calendar.

His corporate email account is completely separate from his personal email
account.

Right now, he invites his "other" self so the meeting gets on the other
calendar. He wants to know if there is a better way to sync these two
calendars.
