Syncing between Entourage X on a G4 Mac at home and Outlook 2003 under Windows XP at work

I just purchased a new iQue 3600 by Garmin. It runs Palm 5.0+. Using
the Missing Sync for the Mac I am suppose to be able to sync between
my Mac and the iQue. I have no problem syncing between the iQue and my
Dell PC using the software that came with the iQue.

My problem is that I would like to have the contact database be kept
essentially the same and always up to date on both my Mac and my PC. I
don't know of a way to use both the PC and the Mac without screwing up
the data on one machine or the other - if I can even sync with both
systems using the same PDA. Does anyone have a solution?
