Syncing between OneNote 2007 and Outlook 2007

Hello:

I seem to have syncing issues between the tasks I create in OneNote and
Outlook.

1) When creating the task in OneNote it appears in Outlook only at 50% of
the time. Quite often I have to delete the Flag in OneNote and reflag it.

2) In addition for OneNote tasks previously created, when I open OneNote it
can't find the Outlook task even though I haven't altered it.

Is there a way to make OneNote sync with Outlook? Or is there a setting
that I can change that will adjust how frequently Outlook and OneNote talk to
each other?

I've found it most successful if Outlook 2007 is actually running at
the time I create an Outlook task from within OneNote 2007. If
Outlook isn't running, it's often a crap shoot as to whether or not it
will work properly. Go figure.
