Syncing Busioness Contacts with a Palm Device

Outlook 2003's Business Contact Manager sperates the
contracts into business nad personal, buyt only the
personal contacts get sync'ed with a Palm device. Can
this be fixed?

I have the same issue. My temporary workaround is to copy a BCM entry into
my Contacts (drag with CTRL depressed) which is being synchronized with my
handheld. This of course will lead to integrity problems and is not a long
term solution.
