Syncing calendar events between 2 user's calendars

Hello,
I have an administrative assistant who i've set up to author the president of my company's calendar. she can view it and change it, but unless she invites herself to what she enters into his calendar, she won't get reminders about where he is or needs to be on her own calendar. i've been trying to figure out how to have her enter these appointments just once and mirror them from his shared calendar to her exchange calendar so that she gets the notifications as well. i'd rather not have to sync everything through ical and subscribe one to the other that way if i can avoid it. please let me know if there is a solution within entourage, or with a third-party software. thanks,

You should use delegation for that kind of shared Calendar management. Look
