Syncing Entourage with a new Palm

I got my first new Palm in two years. I see that the PIM apps have been
expanded; it can now store birthdays, pictures, IM names and web sites.
Also, you can assign a category to a calendar event/appointment and give it
a special color - just like in Entourage.

Can Entourage be set up to sync up these new additions to Palm's PIMs? I'm
pretty sure that it's not something I'm doing wrong - I think that an update
to Entourage's Palm conduit is needed. If this is the case, are there any
plans to update the conduit?

The Handheld Synchronization conduit was developed before the new "Organizer
Plus" PIM applications for Palm were released. As a result, the conduit is
unaware of the new features and is incapable of recognizing them during the
course of a synchronization. There has been a lot of feedback in this area,
so hopefully Microsoft will consider your advice and improve synchronizing
in the future.
