Which version of Entourage? (There's no "Office 2000" on the Mac - that's a
Windows version.) 2001? There was a conduit - I think it came in the Value
Pack on the 2001 CD. For v. X, there's an Entourage Handheld conduit at
MacTopia website (www.microsoft.com/mac/), Downloads/ Office v. X. For
2004, there's a Handheld Conduit Installer in the Additional Tools folder.

In all cases, for Handspring Visor, you have to go to the Palm website,
Software, and get the special version of Palm Desktop that was made for
Handspring Visor and (old) Treo. It's still there.

***If you're in Entourage 2001, you CANNOT sync using Classic in OS X. It
will only work if you are booted in OS 9 (or earlier). [In fact, I'm not
even 100% positive there's a separate Palm Desktop for Visor, classic
version. But probably.]

In Entourage X and 2004, you have to install that special Visor version of
Palm Desktop 4 - I think it ends with "VT". THEN install the correct
Entourage Conduit. If you're in Entourage 2004, you also have to go into
HotSync manager / Entourage Conduit, and check "Enable for newer Palm
models" (I know, it's older, but you still have to do this.)
