Syncing Exchange Tasks with mac office 2004

I am a mac laptop living on a windows run office.

We are installing the latest exchange version, but have read that mac office
2004 will pull all your data from exchange except tasks.

Is this true? Is there a work around?

It's true that tasks on the Exchange Server can't be seen in Entourage.
It's not true that Office "will pull all your data from exchange except
tasks"; on the contrary, notes don't synchronize either unfortunately.

Is there a work around?

No, there's no way to access those on the Mac apart from using Virtual PC or
RDC with Outlook for Windows or using Outlook Web Access.

Notes and contacts are not synchronized from the Exchange server in
Entourage.
