Syncing of contacts with Mac Addressbook no longer working

I maintain my contacts in Entourage but I have to sync with Addressbook so that i can then sync with my iPhone. I have the sync with Addressbook selected in Entourage but it does not sync. I ran the JNSoftware Sync Entourage an AB Groups scrip so that I can have the same categories/groups displayed on my iPhone. The program ran effectively and all my contacts were synced to Adressbook and appear in the correct groups. However any changes I now make in Entourage do not get automatically synced to Addressbook.

I'm not sure if running this script has somehow disrupted the sync function.

Try turning sync services off and then back on in the Entourage
preferences.

It shouldn't.

Tried turning sync service on and off but the problem still remains.
