syncing p900 with outlook calender

my sonyericsson p900 will not sync with outlook calendar.it tells me that
microsoft outlook office is not the default mail thingy and i should set it
as this HOW

the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.
